This policy explains what Slate Cleaning (“Slate”, “we”) collects through slate-cleaning.com and how we use it. Our field app, Slate Field, has its own policy at app.slate-cleaning.com.
What We Collect
- Quote requests: when you ask for a quote we receive what you type into the form, such as your name, email, phone number, property name and address, the number of units, the service you need, and any notes.
- Spam protection: the quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare may process technical information about your browser for that check.
- Basic server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.
How We Use It
- To reply to your request, prepare a quote and schedule service.
- To keep a record of requests so our team can follow up.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Where It Goes
- Netlify hosts the website and receives form submissions.
- Our team’s email receives a copy of each request so we can respond.
- Supabase stores quote requests in our database.
- Cloudflare runs the spam check on the form.
These providers process information only to provide their service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How Long We Keep It
We keep quote requests as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your Choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
